Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Effective October 3, 2026
Who we are
The Morale Institute (“we”, “us”) is a men's health research organization. This policy covers moraleinstitute.org and email sent to our addresses. How we handle research data is summarized on our home page and in each study's published protocol.
What this website collects
- No cookies, analytics or tracking. We don't set cookies or run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, records standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and operations. These logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- No third-party requests. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn't contact anyone else.
If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking, and we delete correspondence when it's no longer needed.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers that run this site and our email (Google), or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to privacy@moraleinstitute.org and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on the home page.
